We are now looking for a new Accountant to be based in our Shanghai Showroom in Jing’An District to support our growing business in China.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping in system on a daily basis incl. bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
在系统内操作日常银行/应收/应付等的记账凭证
Preparation of monthly P&L report per Business Unit and margin overview per project to ensure correct margins in the Subsidiary.
月度财务报表的准备
Daily payment to vendors / employees by e-bank
银行日常费用的支付
Customer Ageing report update and outstanding balances follow up
定期更新客户应收账款
Order picking in system per request once payments received.
在系统内，根据收款审核订单
Travel expense check and pre-view based on local laws and company policies.
员工日常差旅报销的收集及初审，以确保符合当地法律相关规定
Support on ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Your Profile
Full time Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting.
大学本科，财务或会计相关专业
Familiar with local finance or tax related laws and practices.
熟悉国家财务及税务相关的法律要求
3 yr+ finance relevant working experience in international company, with hand-on experience of ERP system finance function
3年以上外资公司财务相关工作经验，具有ERP系统财务模板处理经验
Well-organized, honest, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quicker learner
有条理，诚实，细节导向，积极主动的心态，并乐于接受新的知识
Strong sense of responsibility and high degree of ethic as Finance.
财务人员专业的职业道德及责任感
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
优秀的沟通协调能力
CET 6, good English skill in both written or speaking

Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
