职位名称: Process Engineer

汇报对象: Project Manager

工作地点: China(Apr-Dec,2022) + Uganda (Dec,2022-2024)

工作职责:

· Review and approve all of the related procedures, reports and records of pipelines manufacture, fabrication, storage, transportation, installation and testing etc.

· Ensure the integrity and traceability of all associated activities include manufacture, fabrication, storage, transportation, installation and testing etc.

· Linepipe and heat induction bend manufacture FAT in factory;

· Witness and supervise the cold bends fabrication at site.

· Witness and supervise the anti-corrosion coating, concrete coating, insulation, cathodic protection and field joint installation in fabrication shop yard or installation site.

· Witness and supervise the line pipe, bends, flanges, fittings, etc. Material Receipt and verification in fabrication shop yard or installation site.

· Witness and supervise the pipelines fabrication, storage, transportation, installation and repair progress based on the design drawings, specifications and procedures etc.

· Witness and supervise the welding, NDE and repair activities comply with the requirements above.

· Witness and supervise the Heat treatment if required.

· Witness and supervise the pipelines, hydrotest, dewatering, drying and Nitrogen packing and site reinstatement, Mechanical Completion etc.

· Witness and supervise the pipelines marks and warning signs installation.

岗位要求:

1. Bachelor or above

2. Has experience in oil field site construction project.

3. At least 8 years working experience

4. Better to have similar working experience in international projects

5. Can work in Uganda for 1~2 years

6. Good English skill both in oral and writing
