职位名称: Safety Engineer

汇报对象: Project Manager

工作地点: China(Apr-Dec,2022) + Uganda (Dec,2022-2024)

工作职责:

· Responsible for strict implementation of site defined safety execution plan and feedback any critical safety issues to site safety manager

· Particularly manage specified contractors’ daily construction safety activity, be able to issue warning letter.

· Ensure construction contractors follow all regulations and rules of specification and standards during construction.

· Develops construction site specific safety training and audit plan as needed.

· Monitor any third party or vendor site representative’s site safety activities.

· Monitor and ensure contractor's compliance to Safety Standards.

· Preparing Meeting Minutes and inspection reports as assigned tasks

· Review the safety plan with the contractors and review update ***-hours during the weekly meetings and report to site safety manager.

· Review and maintain contractor’s daily report and weekly reports.

· Ensure compliance with specifications, site conditions of existing plants, job safety analysis (JSA), safety work permits, and national health and safety requirements.

岗位要求:

1. Bachelor or above

2. At least 8 years working experience in construction safety management

3. Familiar with whole process of construction safety

4. Professional safety management certification and strong Root Cause Analysis skills are required

5. Being a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Fluent spoken and written English

7. Can work in Uganda for 1~2 years
