Report to- General Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design and optimize ecommerce business module to fulfill joint venture shareholder equities under compliance requirement.
2. Setting up the internal control systems, policies and procedures and ensure the proper compliance.
3. Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly reports according to local general accounting principles (including IFRS).
4. Preparing financial plan and simulation, cash flow forecasts, financial analysis and monitoring the actual business performance against Plan/KPIs and producing monthly variance analysis reports for the senior management and Head Office.
5. Ensuring local compliance for auditing, tax and foreign exchange.
6. Acting as window person to Tax bureau, banks, audit firm, etc.
7. Make financial forecast and risk analysis of the company’s investment project.
8. Department Management.

Requirements:
   1.   Bachelor or Master in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or related major.

   2.    Under 35yrs old.

   3.   Proficiency with both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
   4.   More than 5 years working experience in finance area of foreign invested companies with a minimum of 3 years

         ecommerce business management.

   5 .   Good command of accounting principles and local regulations, e.g. tax law, company law.

   6.    Detailed and practical knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.

   7.    Work independently, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good overview but still with

          attention to details.

   8.    Proactive, fast learner, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.

   9.    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.

   10.   Hold Accounting Certificated, CPA preferred.

   11.   Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Oracle or Infor LN
