职位描述

Describe the main duties and responsibilities of the position:
1. Review contract, monitor contract & document administration to ensure corporate policy is followed.
2. Track deposit & payment to ensure funds are paid or received timely, final settlement are performed properly.
3. Maintain system data entry and ensure info is keyed in timely and accurately.
4. Issue documents and ensure them issued timely and presented cleanly.
5. Issue VAT invoice application, ensure them issued and posted timely and accurately.
6. Generates reports to managers & platforms for risk control.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor degree

Experience:3+ years related experience in contract/shipping/ documentation /settlement;

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience:
? Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English
? Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
? Accurate data entry skills and strong documentation skills

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience:
? Ability to work independently or in team situation
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Languages Skills: (level required) CET 6
