REQUIREMENT:
Academic:
College or above.

Experience & knowledge:
Minimum 3 years relative working experience in multinational forwarding company.
Good freight forwarding knowledge and familiar with air operations process and requirements.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
Excellent computer skills.

Attribute:
Detail oriented.
Good communication skills.
Sense of customer service.
Time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Accept booking and confirm the booking information is right with shipper and Create HAWB in system
- Coordinate with shipper about the preparation of cargo & documents, ETD, ETA, etc.
- Send shipping advice to booking team on the cargo transportation with related information.
- Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.
- Assist in tracing and following up cargo to airport to ensure prompt delivery of freight.
Data input and system maintenance.
