Key Responsibilities
Headhunt the freelance linguist and translation agencies across regions and sectors.

Ensure the existing supply chain of linguists is highly and effectively utilised for all existing clients.

Build solid relationships with the suppliers and work closely with the linguist community to overcome any challenges they face.

Responsible for existing client recruitment campaigns and work closely with stakeholders around the business to monitor freelancer performance and identify opportunities to improve.

Work closely with colleagues in Operations to meet client SLA’s and KPIs.
