职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Strategically plan and manage China logistics flow, warehouse, transportation and customer services. 战略性地规划和管理中国区物流，仓库，运输和客户服务。
2. Directing, optimizing order cycle and working process to improve service level for business
requirements. 指导、优化物料备货和仓库工作流程来提升服务水平满足业务需求。
3. Utilize company system tools including EWMS, EASYTRACK, JEEVES,QLIK and fully insight for working on Digitization development.
充分掌握公司各种系统工具并且能够根据实际应用发展公司数字化运营。
4. Be responsible of Digital VMI solution development in CHINA together with globe team and
manage smooth VMI implementation/operation. Coordination and supervising of VMI s reporting and outcome/optimization. 协同全球VMI团队负责中国区数字化 VMI 解决方案的开发，并管理平稳的 VMI 实施/运营。协调和监督 VMI 的报告和结果/优化。
5. Coordination as supervising of import and export activities, including custom clearance.
协调监督进出口事务，包括清关。
6. Responsible for team management, propose improvement actions/plan to continuously improve efficiency and be the owner to drive excellent team performance
负责团队管理，提出改进措施/计划，不断提高效率，成为推动优秀团队绩效的所有者
7. Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. 建立或监控特定的基于供应链的绩效衡量系统。维护指标并分析数据，以评估绩效并实施改进。
8. Ensure the stock accuracy physically with regular cycle count, align with the system record. 通过定期周期盘点，与系统记录保持一致，确保库存物理准确性。
9. Safety responsible and maintain and support 5S principals and initiatives. 负责安全维护以及5S。
10. Coordinating with other department for better improving efficiency and digitization moving in helping company upgrade Logistic/operation competences. 与其他部门协作共同推进效率优化，数字化提升以全面提升公司物流服务竞争力
Education & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
2. At least 5 years extensive experience, in a multinational company, in various supply chain
management, warehousing and material handling techniques, known for having excellent time management, communication and customer handling skills.
3. Must have a good understanding on import& export and logistics management.
4. Good Data analysis skills. BI and Tableau skill preferred.
5. Lean/6 sigma background preferred.
6. Experience in project working needed.
7. Good command of English language (writing and oral) is necessary.
8. Good computer literacy in English office environment. Solid knowledge of ERP operation. 9. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
