POSITION OBJECTIVE

Design the comprehensive decision science products for internal and external participants. Form strategic partnership with data vendors and industry external cooperation to drive 1.2 growth and support 2.0 pilots

JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) Partnering with broader AXP organization to develop the decision science products, solutions and consultancy as a differentiated network product and solution in the Chinese marketplace

(2) Establish and maintain decision science solutions and service program to meet the regulation requirements and bank partners’ expectations.

(3) Ability to perform on-going comprehensive competitor research to ensure that we stay close to the market new products and solutions

(4) Responsible for the partnership with third party vendor and jointly develop & package the localized solutions

(5) Assist the functional head to organize risk management forum and event.

JOB REQUIREMENT

(1) Exceptional communication, influence and interpersonal skills– ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages for leadership, peers, customers and experienced in managing external partners and selling risk management solutions.

(2) Comprehensive knowledge of the payments industry and excited about emerging payments and keep your finger on the pulse of industry developments across the technological and regulatory landscape (e.g., faster payments, biometrics, etc.).

(3) Understand the payment industry risk management tools and capabilities, working experience in fintech and local banks/CUP is preferred.

(4) Broad base enterprise leader with strong communication skills and a proven ability to drive results across complex initiatives. Strong decision making skills. Ability to debate with, challenge and push-back on leadership when required to make tough control and compliance decisions.

(5) Self-starter and broad thought leader. Outcome focused, with solution orientation and highly collaborative. Demonstrated courage in challenging situations and drives innovation.
