岗位职责：

1. ISAMS整理与报送学生出勤，员工及学生晨午检系统报送；

2. 汇总及跟进提早离校学生的交接工作；

3. 每日两次空气质量指数公示及全校邮件通知；

4. 处理前台电话、邮箱，信件的转达和应对基本诉求，需要时记录汇报；

5. 配合访客入校接待，联系相应联络人；

6. 失物招领的登记及管理；

7. 员工通讯录的统计及更新；

8. 大厅电视学校宣传片播放；

9. 协助分发学校通知和信息给家长；

10. 协助ECA报名、上课等事宜；

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；

2. 具备良好的英语口语沟通能力和书写能力；

3. 具有服务意识；

4. 热爱教育行业；

5. 能够使用办公软件；
