Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
1. On behalf of IBM service personnel, provide technical services to the region or designated customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of IBM small sized severs hardware equipment inspection, fault information collection, repair application, hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, hardware change submission, etc.
3. Responsible for the technical implementation of IBM minicomputer related software and hardware.
4. Prepare relevant documents and attend customer meetings.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. College degree or above, computer science and technology, automation, machinery, electronic information and other related majors are preferred.
2. Some knowledge of IBM small sized severs, storage and hardware maintenance with library is preferred, and interested in learning software product skills.
3. Have certain fault analysis and solution ability.
4. Good at communication (in Chinese and in English) and team spirit.
5. Be positive, enthusiastic and patient towards work.
