As a Project controlling and product costing specialist, you will provide analysis and management reporting on project and product cost and margin for Electrification Business Area in China.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager - Customer Support, you will drive and lead company level gross margin improvement actions.

This position is graded as Global Grade 14.

- Acting as project analyst/controller to monitor project financials and project risk during the project life cycle
- Being responsible for product cost analysis and monitoring
- Simulating and calculating labor hourly rate and OH rate on yearly basis
- Collaborating internally with production, SCM, P&F and product management for continuous cost structure optimization and cost saving
- Monitoring the COGS related cost center cost against budget
- Analyzing sales order and product gross margin development; provide early warning for gross margin slippage
- Being involved into the proposal and implementations of margin improvement action plan

- 3-5 years multi-national manufacturing company finance and controlling working experience
- A bachelor or above degree major in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge and experience on product costing
- Sufficient knowledge and experience on financial analysis and budgeting/planning
- Highly adaptable capability and the excellent communication skills especially the ability to interact effectively cross-functionally
- Experience of using SAP is preferable; any advanced analytical tools exposure (e.g. Power BI) will be a plus
- Must be result-oriented and strong team spirit
