Job Summary/Purposes
Develop and implement omnichannel strategy for GC market, design and deliver omnichannel solutions roadmap, in charge for the implementation of FENDI GC omnichannel projects, with the objective to maximize business opportunities and provide the best experience to customers, in compliance with brand standards and company policies. To deliver omni channel solutions and capabilities and ensure smooth transition from project implementation to operation support on an ongoing basis.
Main Responsibility
- Build up omnichannel strategy and implementation plan in parternship with Retail, Merchandising, CRM and Customer Serivce team to promote the O2O mindset and optimise the O2O operation (ONE stock, etc)
- Lead and strategic planning China omnichannel digital solutions design and development, based on global project pipeline and local roadmap, including omnichannel commerce solution (covering website, wechat mini-program, 3rd party platform), wecom, BOFH, NPS, tracking and call center solution, work with internal and external partners, per strategic brand image and optimal omni customer experience.
- Manage Customer Service team, customer service solution design and optimization, daily operation and monitor team performance.O18
- Work together with CRM team for omnichannel client engagement planning and execution to drive omnichannel sales, liaise with local and global teams (CRM, Retail, IT etc…)
- Work closely with tech delivery team and 3rd parties following agile approach to ensure that features and releases are proceeding according to schedule and meeting omni-functional specifications.
- Responsible for omni-channel performance review, analysis and continuous optimisation
STANDARD LEVEL OF COMPETENCIES
1. Experience :At least 5-7 years of releated working experience in Luxury / Fashion industry.
Onhand omnichannel project/solution management experience. Commercial and retail driven mindset
2. Education :Bachelor's or advanced degree holder in IT, EC or related disciplines
3. Skills :
- Project experience in Ecom/ wecom/call center/CRM/Omni-channel related domains is MUST
- Strong logic thinking, great attention to details and strong customer-centric mindset
- Project management and Reporting tools’ knowledge
- Passion to drive delivery
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft office Excel, PowerPoint and E-Commerce IT tools
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
