MISSION STATEMENT
Work independently to support Line Manager on employee life- cycle management, commission calculation, Payroll calculation, benefits administration, operations and HRIS maintenance
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Life-cycle management:
Handle relevant HR administration procedures in employee life cycle, including but not limited to.:
- On-boarding documents preparation & collection
Contact employees to collect personal documents such as ID, social insurance account etc.
Labor Contract and employee handbook etc. signing
- Employment documents checking and employee Personal files set up
- New hire employee info key in and existing employee info update and HRIS maintenance
- Probation and contract renewal process owner
Payroll Management
- Collect and prepare payroll information: attendance, last payment, special allowance, Severance Pay etc.
- Work with FSG payroll vendor, as the reviewer for the Store Employee and Temp Staff payroll calculation, verification and payment.
- Annual social contributions and housing fund base declaration
- Related analysis reports and documentation requested internally& externally by finance or government
Commission and Reporting
- Store Commission calculation and report, coordinate commission review with SM
- Monthly HC Report & Org. Chart update
- Other related ad hoc report assigned
Employee Benefit, Logistics & Ops
- Annual health benefits project implementation and communication support: medical check-up, commercial insurance, etc.
- Festival Coupon/Birthday Gift arrangement and distribution
- Other company insurances payment follow up
- Local service for business visa application and Expat's working permit/residence permit
application/ renewal, Shanghai residence permit adding points
- Working injury declaration
- Flex/comprehensive working hours application
- Issue certificates based on employee requests i.e. working certificate, salary certificate and contract renewal agreement, etc.
- Contact point for employee inquires.
QUALIFICATION:
- Education:University level
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Around 2-3 year related working experience.Good experience on C&B daily operation and management; Good data sense and analytical skill, familiar with Microsoft Office: Excel, PPT.
Retail, Consumer industry is preferred;
- High integrity and sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize, time management and adherence to schedules.
- Good learning agility and logical thinking.
- Be able to work with details carefully.
- Demonstrated effective utilization of proper operations and employee management practices.
- Hard working, teamwork, strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientated, Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
