SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, manages the operation and grow the business in CTDI ShenZhen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leads and manages the operations, including production, logistics, purchase, etc. in order to archive business target.
2. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of engineers and technicians.
3. Co-ordinate with US HQ, CTDI Beijing and other facilities
4. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Successful managing of manufacturing or repairing operations in international companies, and at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
? Knowledge of work shop management.
? Skill in hardware engineering.
? Project management and leadership skills.
? Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
? Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and motivate staff to peak performance.
? Strategic planning skills.
? Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
? Knowledge of current and developing technology, methods, and trends within telecommunications.
? Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
? Good English and Mandarin is must.
