职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Governance:
? Help establish governance framework in order to have a structured approach to steer regional initiatives and projects.
? Support the collection, maintenance and analysis of relevant data across the Lines of Business to help steer the regional project journey into the right direction.
? Provide support for the tools and software used by the Project Management teams .
? Improve the project management system and processes in Allianz Partners.
? Manage change effectively working collaboratively across the business and the wider organisation to bring about change quickly and effectively.
Project Charter:
? Formalize, maintain and promote the set of project management methods and practices into a coherent Project Charter that can be used by Project Managers.
? Maintain Lessons Learned. In collaboration with PM, set-up an internal knowledge base that can be used a Welcome toolkit for new joiner.
Embed Planning:
? Work with all OM teams in order to define, develop and implement the Portfolio Delivery Plan, including standards, governance and risk management processes, enabling current and future Change delivery in Allianz Partners.
Meeting Preparation and Animation:
? Use templates from the Project Charter and consolidate input from regional stakeholders.
? Support the preparation of the Steering committees, make minutes and follow-up the next actions and mitigation plans with the relevant action owners.
Risk & Compliance
? Display a professional attitude towards work, excellent time & communication skills and have the drive and discipline to take things to completion
? Adhere to the risk management and compliance obligations relevant to each position and comply with policies, processes and training requirements.
? Behave as required by the Company’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct and values (connected, responsible , trust, excellent, caring)
? Ensure that all business proceedings are conducted in a manner which is professional, legal and ethical
? Ensure adequate controls are in place to prevent, detect and mitigate fraud and corruption risks
PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience
? Qualification in management/project management
? Demonstrated experience in PMO in the financial services industry, preferably insurance
? Experience managing projects with an iterative approach and time critical environment
? Demonstrated understanding of software development and project delivery across agile and waterfall environments
? Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment while maintaining a people first focus
Initiative & Motivation
? Motivated Self Starter/Learner, proactive and confident.
? Proven ability to self-manage and perform within a highly motivated team
? Ability to identify issues and risks as they affect project deliverable time, quality, resourcing, budget and other project considerations
? Apply excellent time management practices in order to balance and manage various priorities, cope with shifting timescales, budgetary and scope expectations.
Problem solving skills
? Refined problem solving skills. Has the ability to think outside the square, apply practical learning in order to rectify issues or anticipated problems.
? Demonstrated ability to support and drive continuous improvement in project processes and deliverables
Communication
? Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills in English.
? Be able to communicate with all level of staff members from system users to the highest level of management (CEO)

? Aptitude for teamwork with very high levels of information sharing and collaboration.
