Brief Job Description工作范围

1. 协助店长进行店铺日常工作的管理，督促店员的行为规范；
2. 领会并帮助店员实施公司或店长下达的工作计划；
3. 以身作则，规范店员的服务标准，传授店员销售经验和技巧，努力提升销售业绩；
4. 指导店员进行客户信息的采集与维护，实施公司下达的品牌推广计划；
5. 及时恰当地处理店铺内的突发事件及客户投诉；
6. 执行存货管理制度，保障货品安全，做好交接班记录；
7. 维持店内整洁舒适的环境和独具风格的陈列；
8. 协助管理店内公共设施和设备，保障其安全和使用寿命；
9. 和店长及店员保持良好的沟通，维持团队和谐；
10. 店长不在时，于授权范围内代理店长职责。
