财务助理
Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces quality contemporary textiles and textile related products for architects, designers and private consumers across the world.
We are now looking for a new Finance Assistant to be based in our Shanghai Showroom in Jing’An District to support our growing business in China.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Daily payment to vendors / employees by e-bank
银行日常费用的支付
Travel expense check and pre-view based on local laws and company policies.
员工日常及差旅报销的收集及初审，以确保符合当地法律相关规定。
Bookkeeping in system on a daily basis incl. bank, accounts payable. etc.
在系统内操作日常银行/应付的记账凭证
Order picking in system per request once payments received.
在系统内，根据收款审核订单
Update Customer Aging to sales team regularly
定期更新客户应收账款
Support on Yearly Audit when required
协助年度审计的准备工作
Support on ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Your Profile
Full time Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting.
大学本科，财务或会计相关专业
Familiar with local finance or tax related laws and practices.
熟悉国家财务及税务相关的法律要求
2 yr+ finance relevant working experience in international company, with hand-on experience of ERP system finance function
2年或以上外资公司财务相关工作经验，具有ERP系统财务模板处理经验
CET 6, good English skill in both written or speaking
英语6级水平，良好的英语听说读写能力
Well-organized, honest, patient, detail-oriented
有条理，诚实，有耐心，细节导向
Strong sense of responsibility and high degree of ethic as Finance.
财务人员应有的专业的职业道德，及服务意识。
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
优秀的沟通协调能力
Proficient in Microsoft Office software. 熟练使用Office软件
