工作职责:
? Prepare tender document with the most stringent standard and no errors. Support ASM to attend tender opening when necessary.
? Send datasheet, product presentations, quotations to customers as requested by ASM
? Review all contracts and make sure they are complying with TLD commercial guidelines. Highlight those terms that deviate from our standard offer and get proper approval
? Follow through all SOR's from entry to closing.
? Follow up with factories on ODP, liaise with shipping assistant to arrange shipments from factories and use ESR module to log shipping activities
? Update reports on a timely and accurately basis, including: contract summary, expense summary, contracts filing etc
? Support ASM to arrange customer visits to factories for both local and overseas such as flights and hotel reservation, transport arrangement etc. Make sure customers are satisfied with the visits and within budget. Join customer visits if requested
? Follow up closely on AR – equipment, warranty and bid bonds to ensure our DSO is within target
? Support ASM to complete due diligent process for agents and distributors
? Ensure customer data in database are updated
? Support and organize seminars and customer events
? Support administrative work of sales office
? Shipping arranging
? Ad-hoc or new assignments from company
任职资格:
*College degree in business disciplines
*2 years or above work experience in Sales Organization in MNC is better
*Mature, work independently with minimum supervision, excellent interpersonal and management skills
*Experience in customer service and sales administration field is better
