工作地点：北京市朝阳区东四环四惠东

职位概要：
根据公司流程，服务标准和客户差旅政策，为企业客户提供所有差旅相关的咨询和服务。

工作内容：
1、通过电话、电邮与客户沟通，为客户提供机票、酒店、地面交通和签证的咨询、预订、确认和退改签等服务；
2、及时、准确地更新和维护客户资料；
3、按公司要求录入客户旅行相关的所有数据；

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历（民航运输、商务英语、旅游专业优先）；
2.能熟练使用OFFICE WORD/EXCEL软件，英语打字速度快；
3.具备一定的英语听说读写能力，英语四级以上通过者优先；
4.有责任心，愿意从事服务行业，具备良好的客户服务意识，沟通和协调能力强；
5.能够在工作压力的情况下冷静细心地工作。

自1996年起，嘉信力旅运与中国航空服务有限公司（CAS）一直保持着良好的合作关系，共同为多家中国市场的跨国企业提供差旅服务。2003年1月两家公司更是进一步展开合作，成立了合资公司。

CWT China

CWT China is headquartered in Beijing with branch offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Meishan (Sichuan) and Tianjin and a total of 700+ employees. CWT China established CWT Meetings & Events to provide innovative, effective solutions for both strategic meetings and event management.
