Competitive and market analysis
Gathers, synthesizes, analyses market competitive intelligence for a specific domain / market and provides inputs on gap analysis IN ORDER TO contribute to a market intelligence, maturity assessment and gap analysis report
Define the solution
Gathers, synthesizes, analyses current state of Finance & Accounting operations, creates a presentation/ thought paper (POV - point of view) describing a proposed TO-Be solution including the pricing model, operating model, transformation technology and value proposition IN ORDER TO develop it into a service offering
Creating Collaterals
Drives and provides direction to SMEs IN ORDER TO prepare collaterals such as case studies, Benchmark analysis, effort estimations etc.
Understanding Client Business Context
Engages with the client and understands the context IN ORDER TO develop a customized solution
Develop the customized solution
Creates the customized solution IN ORDER TO bring out a differentiated value proposition
RFP Process
Drives the creation of the RFP response as per the RFP Process defined IN ORDER TO bid for the deal
Client Interactions
Creates solutions, customized to client context IN ORDER TO conduct client interaction sessions
Contract negotiation
Creates the SOW (Statement of Work), IN ORDER TO define the contract terms for a specific solution
Transition planning
Transitions knowledge about the solution and the contract to the transition team through discussions and exchange of documents IN ORDER TO ensure smooth hand over
Requirements:
· 8+ years above working experiences across multiple sub domains/sub function, relevant experience in Solution, Pre-sales or Consulting functions and roles will be added advantage.
· Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting domain – at least proficient in one or more processes such as PtP, OtC, RtR, FP&A etc., minimum 5 years relevant working experience in BPM/BPO or In-house SSC organization, preferred as leader/supervisor roles
· Certifications in CFA, CPA, ACCA will be added advantage
· Strong leadership, communication and client facing skills
· Ability to effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization
· Ability to manage and resolve escalations
· Fluent communication in both English & Chinese (with Japanese will be added advantage)
· Excellent presentation/ interpersonal skills
