Job Responsibilities
-Creating and maintaining of Quotations, Sales/Service Orders, Delivery orders and Billings
-Interacts with customers on part pricing and availability, order status, and delivery information, resolve customer complaints and issues
-Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are fully satisfied through material expediting, escalation
-Prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), part exchange and DIT return
-Assist Account team for the Account Receivable closing to meet corporate KPI without bad debts
-Conducts audits of Global orders to ensure accuracy of processing
-Supports Annual Operating Plan initiatives for Global Spares and is actively involved in continuous improvement efforts

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job
-BS degree or equivalent experience in commercial business, material control, logistics field or Customs process
-Proficiency in SAP R/3 SD Module and Customer Service Order Processing in product-based industry
-Fluently speak and write in English
-Open-minded, aggressive, and good customer service and good communication skill
-Excellent Microsoft skillset, Excel, PPT
-Ability to demonstrate Honesty and Integrity in previous business challenges

Desirable Skill
-Experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or Semiconductor Industrial
-Knowledge on Esker / Winshuttle etc and or previous experience lean/process improvement projects will be preferred
-Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills

Minimum Qualifications
-Years of Experience: >5 years
-Job Experience: Experience working in a multinational high technology corporation, manufacturing firm, in customer service, order processing & order fulfilment functions
-Educational: Degree in the field of Mechanical / Industrial & production Engineering / Master of Business Administration in SCM / Operations
