1) Product design of plastic interior or exterior products

2) Being responsible for the technical communication with internal team and OEM customer

3) Being responsible for creating DFMEA and CAD.

4) To Create DV/PV or ADV plan & organize the testing with testing engineer for the validation.

5) To provide technical supports to sales team for RFQ, PM team for program development and production/quality team for consistent improvement. 

6) Technical communicate with global R&D team

任职要求：

1) Bachelor Degree in automobile, mechanical, plastic or relative engineering

2) At least 3 years experiences with product design & development in automobile industry, tier 1 supplier is expected

3) Interiors or exteriors product design experiences are expected, plastic part painting, chroming or hot stamping experiences are preferred.

4) CAD capable for design work: CATIA or UG

5) Familiar with APQP development procedure

6) Fluent in both written and oral English

7) Good communication with logic thinking is expected

8) Team working
