Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities工作职责:
1. 协助业务经理开展线上业务，与平台沟通、店铺维护和产品上新等工作；
Cooperate with manager in online business which including the communication with JD, maintenance and launch of new product in the official store.
2. 线上业务的问题跟踪和反馈，线上产品的售前咨询和售后服务等；
Problem tracking and feedback of online business which including pre-sales consultation and after-sales service.
3. 协助公司数字化营销，探索适合于公司的数字化营销模式，提升公司品牌形象和宣传推广转化率；
Cooperate with the company's digital marketing, finding out a suitable method to improve the brand image and promotion conversion rate.
4. 协助完成产品发布前的相关准备工作；
Assist in the preparation of documents before new product launch.
5. 团队日常工作中分配的其他任务；
Other tasks assigned in the daily work of the team.

Requirements / Qualifications 任职条件与资格：
1. 具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，跨部门协调能力；
Ability of communication skills, teamwork spirit and cross departmental coordination.
2. 对数字营销有浓厚兴趣，积极尝试不同方式方法；
Strong interest in digital marketing and strong willing to try different method to achieve a better result.
3. 本科及以上学历，工科专业背景佳；
Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferred.
4. 能够使用英语进行沟通，翻译文档；
Be able to communicate in English and documents translation.
