Job Description
Compensation & Benefit
Drives and analyzes internal and external data analytics to support and shape the development of integrated-data into one stop solution, including proposals for program changes and utilization;
Drive the monthly payroll with vendors for all employees including making any additions, changes, terminations, etc.
Collaborates with Finance to provide estimates, forecasts, and spend related to compensation and benefit programs
Coordinate to set up 、optimize and maintain the Com&Ben Standard Operation Process(SOP) and policy
Manages all benefits-related issues, internal communications, and events; serves as a resource to all employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries
Participates in the planning, coordination and reporting of the annual salary review, annual bonus, and other compensation programs.
Participates in annual salary programs, including Market salary survey, Global Salary survey/Benefit ,salary structure creation and maintenance
Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required
Ensure functions relating to the Com& Ben activities are undertaken in a timely & effective manner: TCI monthly payroll, Budget preparation and implementation, capital increase, insurance scheme, government audit、reports, transfer management supplementary insurance and pension program management., etc .
HRIS
Monitor and maintain the system as the role of super user, rationalize Job Position, hierarchy , Organization , Department Table /Trees and access segregation
Identifying corrective actions for all non-conformances, as well as for the area requiring improvement and / or audit
Lead HR Functional Track and help solve problems with setup information and configurations
Monitor process and regular Review, update or maintain all information/Database
Incorporation with APMO HRIS team to promote HRIS as the one stop HR Database for: Improving quality and speed at which information is available; Improving flexibility of information to support business planning
Others:
Provide support to line manager / Sr. HR VP on other assignments or projects
Candidate Profile
University graduate, statistic, Math degree are preferred.
5 years extensive HR experience in a multinational company, preferably specialized in C&B area.
Strong and proven analytical skills, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset with the ability to evaluate complex data and make recommendations for enhancements or improvements
Familiar with local labor law and relevant individual income tax stipulation will be plus
English can be working language
Experience of HRIS utilization or setup is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with Office software, especially in Excel and PPT Skills
Careful, patient, open-mind and responsible
