In your new role you will:

• IT OS WP forecast and capacity management
• IT client Assets management and internal audit
• Workplace Services 2nd level support on WP
•  Anti-Virus control plan and execution
• Manage the overall support for incidents, service orders and problem management of the IT OS services as per OLA and agreed prioritization including preparing regular operations and management report
• Ensure that daily operations are running in a stable and high-performance level as per OLA
• Ensure the delivery of projects and tasks are met as per the agreed timeline, budget, scope and technical roadmap
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations support area (e.g., automation and internal controls) and control costs as per budget

    

    

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

    

1.Functional Knowledge

•    At least 3 years of relevant job experience
•    University bachelor’s degree in computer science and Technology
•    Understanding the IT client service processes
•    ITIL foundation certified
•    Windows architecture knowledge Scripting skills on Windows platform

2.     Business Expertise

•     Basic knowledge of sales support, IFX purchasing and financial assets relative workflows
•     Solid Knowledge on latest IT client systems, solution & technologies as available in the market. Knowledge on     latest  tools & client applications. Knowledge on encryption regulations.

 3.     Leadership

• Able to manage or lead non-complexity and small size project in series and in parallel.
• To train, guide and provide awareness to business users on the IT standards, rules & policies as well as latest solutions, technologies & tools to serve the internal customer community better and more efficiently

 4.     Problem Solving

•  Basic knowledge on 8D, statistic
•  Work together with Application owner for trouble shooting and performance analysis
•  Basic innovation skills on client

 5.     Interpersonal Skills   

• High level capability on information seeking, high level on interpersonal communication skills on persuasion, Influence
• Daily exchange with Beijing other departments users Regular report of operation performance on function Align with global
