The product manager of the industry drive or motor is the global responsible product owner, who will define and deliver the competitive products to the target market according to the market needs of China and globally with the unique selling point to win the profitable business growth.

- Identify market opportunities to enhance the product portfolio in target market segment.

- Develop the business plan by aligning with target regions.

- Define the product requirements by understanding of customer needs and create customer value proposition.

- Cooperate with cross-function team to develop the product within target cost, timeline and features.

- Coordinate PLM activities to attain the best product result across its product life cycle.

- Master’s degree in Electrical engineering, Power electrics, Motor control, Automation engineering, Mechatronics or related. 

- Overseas study background is preferred.

- Internship / working experience in automation industry / motion control technology related is preferred. 

- Excellent communication skill in the intercultural environment with good English. Other language, like German, will be an extra highlight. 

- Have strong entrepreneurship potential, influence, and leadership capability. 

- Fast learning ability, strong structural thinking, and systematic problem-solving skill.

- Strong willingness to discover customer needs by analysis customers’ application

- Open-minded, positivity and willingness to embrace the changes.
