Job Responsibilities：

1. Ensure Radio product with correct functionalities and high performance
2. Analyze product requirement and feature to define the integration strategy and solution
3. Define product radio calibration procedure and solution according product design solution
4. Trimming DPD and propose optimization solution to HW/SW design to achieve radio system design target
5. Define key performance indicator to verify integration quality
6. Develop and maintain Radio product integration tools and integration environment
7. Setup test environment and execute integration activities
8. Analyze test result and debug to allocate the issue and provide support to low level module design
9. Integration technical and project management, support project manager to prepare integration time plan to secure project on time

                                        

    

Job Requirements：

1. A minimum of one year’ experience of RRU integration work
2. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology or equivalent
3. Good knowledge of RF HW design or SW design
4. Good knowledge in Radio HW and SW troubleshooting
5. Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
6. Good knowledge of measurement theory and measurement instrument and equipment
7. Basic programming skills (Matlab, VEE, Python, C#...)
8. Experience with embedded software development is a plus
9. Good communication skills and social ability
10. Fluent in English speaking and writing
