What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE  IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will  get to:

Provide technical  support to customers and sales force on Electrical enclosures (Hoffman branded product)

Get detail requirement information  from the customer, Make proposal base on our standard product and get approval  from the customer

Transfer the proposal to  factory and design engineer

Provide telephone  support for tech. related customer calls, sample requests, re-design issues

Prepare Engineer Action  Requests (EAR), Bills of Material (BOM) and maintain strong technical interface  with engineering to assist in defining customer requirements

Up to 30% traveling to  assist field sales for customer calls

Base in Beijing, Report  to Application Manager, Dot line reports to Regional sales manager

May be required to  perform additional duties as assigned.

You have:

Academic background >Bachelor degree in Mechanical  Engineering

Previous experience in  or with

10+  years technical support or design engineer experience with a manufacturing  company, preferable an enclosures manufacturer with OEM experience. 

Skills

Familiar with 3D and 2D  design, Can use Solidworks and Auto CAD expertly.

Good Communication skill  internal and outside with customer

Efficiency and quick  response for customer’s requirement. Effective oral and written communication  skills are must.  

Independent and very  detailed working style, High quality and  accuracy for customer proposal.

Must have a good  understanding about enclosure product and have ability to effectively advise  customers and reps on technical matters. 

CET-4 or above, good  command of oral and written English.
