职位描述
岗位职责
1. 负责公司CPU, Retimer, MXC等产品方案的技术支持,主负责跟进客户的产品导入(Design In)及应用支持,与客户建立良好关系
2. 负责与OEM和行业客户的紧密沟通联系,为客户提供产品咨询、技术解决方案,现场技术支持等;
3. 负责给公司销售人员进行针对性的产品培训,并配合销售人员一起拓展客户;
4. 及时了解并搜集客户的需求和竞争对手的信息进行分析,协助客户做好产品应用定位及规划
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历计算机、微电子、电子电气相关专业;
2. 5年以上IT 行业技术背景,有芯片设计或服务器软硬件相关设计,测试等经验等优先;
3. 有大客户OEM或者政府、金融、互联网行业服务器、存储等解决方案售前经验者优先;
4. 熟悉服务器CPU、内存、网络、Retimer等关键器件的原理和作用;
5. 善于沟通,学习能力强,思路清晰、表述准确;
6. 诚信乐观,积极主动,有良好的团队合作能力。
7. 可短期国内出差
