Responsibilities:

·         Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients

·        Coordinate with regional IT teams on Application and Infrastructure projects

·        Handle IT support and training needs of our own staff

·        Assist deployment of IT services and packages for our clients and improve our service

Revenue

·        Take part in any other regional IT initiatives as directed by the HQ

·        Vendor management of IT fixed asset, internet infrastructure, server room facilities and TEC

IT equipment

·        Troubleshooting on network, workstations, printers, and server

·        Hardware and software installation and configuration

·        Incident management on outsourced company

·        Computer software installation / security / update and user trouble shooting

·        Assist on IT procurement and audit on quality-of-service delivery

·        Preventive maintenance

 

Requirements:

·        Certificate in Computer Engineering or related disciplines

·        Minimum 2 years experiences in system support service

·        Hands on experience and sound technical knowledge with server and infrastructure

·        Experience in desktop/server virtualization will be an advantage

·        Solid experience in networking at a minimum of 2 years

·        Able to work independently and be a good team player

·        Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
