职位描述

Responsibilities
· Development of the human capital within the assigned theatre - Demonstrates the ability to assess talent. Actively works with team to assess competencies of direct reports.
· Effective builds team - Inspires and motives the team to drive to the territory and organizational goals.
· Drives the team to meet or exceed sales quotas-Executes the sales strategies through the strategic account managers. Develops strategies and plans to ensure that the right accounts and profit levels are achieved.
· Manages sales planning and forecasting-Works with strategic account team to develop and implement penetration plans for identified key accounts.
Manage direct resources to achieve revenue goals- Effectively develops and inspires team to meet theatre, organizational and personal goals.
Cultivates peer relationships-Creates and develops relationships within key accounts.
· Drives sales planning and forecasting- Implements the sales strategy to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate on team selling and positioning-Coaches at critical sales cycle junctures (for example, positioning, closing, and negotiation) where required
Manage the financial indicators within the theatre-Manages productivity of the team; uses forecasting to determine adaptations to sales plans; understands and identifies the trends and drivers in the business and incorporates them where needed.


Requirements:
· Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of managing a direct team.
· Manages a team of individual contributors within an assigned geography.
· Responsible for ensuring goal alignment to the organization. Manages sales reps directly within the same geography.
· Strong business acumen. Solid operations and human capital knowledge. Knowledge of the market, the competitors and our technology.
· Demonstrates the ability to assess talent. Actively works with team to assess competencies of direct reports. Identifies the staffing needs and competencies to support the market and organizational strategy. Cultivates talent throughout the organization. Meets with employees to incorporate personal career goals. Actively communicates opportunities throughout and seeks out developmental projects. Balances the metrics and market with the number and level of sales representatives. Provides appropriate levels of coaching timely. Holds crucial conversations to communicate effectively. Actively identifies and addresses performance gaps.
· Responsible for understanding the organizations global vision and executing the strategy for the respective area of responsibility. Analyzes the market space, market potential, product mix, competitive environment and integrates into the overall strategy to drive sales. Engages with supporting teams and resources and creates a cadence of accountability including actively managing leading and lagging indicators to determine success level. Takes appropriates actions to keep the business plan on track. Continues to develop relationships through partners or accounts. Understands the financial and industry trends and adjusts and communicates the course accordingly. Communicates strategy, metrics, and modifications throughout the respective team.
· Effectively builds, motivates and inspires the team to drive to the vision and strategy resulting in the creation of a winning culture. Manages transformations through effective change management and communication models. Creates and environment of clear role definition and encourages matrix relationships.
· Builds strong relationships that can be leveraged from internal throughout the entire organization both internal and external. Builds relationships laterally and horizontally. Can effectively determine key decision makers and engage them at the appropriate times to drive results. Develops strong relationships within the market and throughout our channels. Drives communication throughout the internal teams to ensure alignment. Effectively manages and is able to coach other to manage through conflict management. Understanding the customer's needs through active listening. Fosters a professional relationship among key stakeholders
· Ensuring spa request are filled out completely and sent through the proper channels. Analyzing sales reports and pipeline reports and modify approach based on results. Order and track samples and literature for customers. Effective manage organizational metrics through timely expense and time reporting, Accurately tracking opportunities in the CRM tool.
· Understand the corporate business plan and the territory objectives. Analyze territory segment and determine penetration plan. Understanding of the competitive landscape. Analyze current customer base and develop plans to penetrate them deeper and wider. Understand the cost-benefit impact of pursuing a customer and the price point needed. Align company and sales objectives with customer needs in a manner that creates a win-win.
· Knows how business works. Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting his/her business and organization. Knows the competition. Is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
· Stay current with new technologies that help to create a competitive selling advantage. Define and position our offerings to customers and partners to execute sales. Conducts technical demonstrations of products. Can articulate the ROI of the defined offering. E16
· Effectively identify and qualify opportunities. Craft proposal using the sales enablement and marketing collateral. Understand the partner ecosystem. Create SWAT analysis with competitor information to enable the deal to close. Position Panduit's offerings to address the business need. Continue to grow relationships at multiple levels of the account and throughout the channels to enable opportunity for future business.
