Responsible for providing professional business consulting services to Panduit's business partner community throughout Asia Pacific to maximize our partners' profitability, productivity, and long term sales growth. This will require the incumbent to work closely with Panduit's sales, marketing, and solutions organizations to understand market business issues, challenges and opportunities to ensure long-term success for Panduit's business partner community.

1.Manage relationships with business partners, maintaining frequent and direct contact with business partners' general managers and senior level executives. Become trusted advisor and key strategic development point of contact with business partner community.

2.Lead efforts in developing overall relationships with existing and new business partners; including relevant pre-sales activities, building senior management business partner relationships, and understanding business requirements.

3.Identify, define, develop and deliver business practices/ processes to improve our business partners' profitability, sales, productivity, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Gather information on existing business challenges such as Finance, IT, HR, and Supply Chain. Analyze information gathered and propose comprehensive solutions for our business partner community.

4.Research new methodologies on business strategies and adapt them into business operations. Monitor industry and market trends to develop consultant information for business partner community. Communicate with other experts in the field to understand current market trend. Understand Panduit's best business practices and make them relevant to our business partner community.

5.Provide guidance to channel engagement and explore ways to improve current process.

Requirement:

·Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA and/or PhD preferred

·10+ years experience within the professional services/consulting industry with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a business consulting role

·Acts independently to determine methods on assignments and leads/ coordinates the activities of other personnel

·Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations and data requires an evaluation of intangibles

·Must be able to create formal networks

·In depth knowledge of and understanding of how business gets done within the major Asia pacific markets

·Understand consulting as a business: demonstrate competency in the ability to translate business partner requirements into business solutions and successfully position with business partners

·Ability to engage senior management in discussions regarding our solutions, the business partners' industry and business model

·Proven ability to apply structured thinking and problem solving to seek the right information needed to make fact based decisions

·Ability to manage, track and complete multiple projects on time

·Strong oral and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

·Strong sense of the big picture/ strategic context while being able to synthesize large amounts of data into business insights

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
