Responsibilities;



· Responsible for timely statutory and management reporting; complete timely and accurate monthly closing, reports and prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly statutory reports,

· Assist the audit and compliance function with the documentation of all

· Perform monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing and ad hoc assignments

· Study taxation law, Regulations, Tax returns, supporting GM and accounting team for tax filing and study;

· Provide accounting and tax information for business expanding activity;

· Setup financial and tax info center to support company business;

· Solve the tax issues of company’s client and its self;

· Improve accounting system & process flow; study accounting software, drive continuous improvements of accounting systems and procedures.

· Coordinate with manager for other accounting and tax job request.


Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Taxation, 5-8 years relevant working experiences,

2. Certified public accountant qualification, with ACCA, CPA, CTA certificate is preferred.

3. Familiar with Chinese GAAP and legislations and practices on accounting and tax, and good commercial business mindset;

4. Good command of computer skill, knowledge of financial and accounting software applications;

5. Proficient in spoken and written English;

6. "Global mind" and independent worker; a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility;

7. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, team worker spirits, logically minded, adaptability and initiative.

8. Beijing residence.
