Rewards and HR Systems Analyst, APJ
Reporting to: AP HR Director
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
Ensure the compensation and benefits policies and programs in the Theater align with the corporate strategy/policies while maintaining its competitiveness in the region. Ensure HRMS data integrity and establish regular analytical reports needed for the region by working closely with corporate HR team and HRBP in the region. Serve as a C&B expert in the region, keep abreast and up to date on the current regional C&B knowledge, practice and trend for market competitiveness.

Ensure regional C&B policies and processes meets business needs in the region. Key areas of responsibility include internal equity, external benchmarking, C&B and recognition programs and ensure compliance to corporate guidelines and policies by working closely with regional HR, corporate C&B, Corporate HR team and local HRBP in the region. Ensure compensation, benefit and HRMS programs and policies meet all regulatory compliance requirements. Consider and manage options around wellness programs.
Maintain HRMS to ensure data integrity and report generation by constantly reviewing HRMS /report/HR process to ensure efficiency. Provide system support assistance to regional HR and perform periodic audit for data integrity. Maintain and update benefit and compensation information in the Mercer Gold tool.
Provide regular reports and analysis to support HR matrix/dashboard needs for continuous improvement. Responsible for training of all HR staff on all HR systems/tools. Adapt local training tools for the local employee populations for Success Factors and Geo.
Participate in market surveys and HR networking groups to learn about best practices in the industry and recommend as appropriate for implementation in Panduit.
Support HR activities as needed and assigned

Requirements:
Bachelors in Business, Minimum of 5 years of experiences
Work independently with minor supervision
Overall knowledge of HR functions with solid experience in C&B with Theater level scope
Strong data analytical skill, evaluate information to select the best course of action from various alternatives looking for additional information when needed.
Solid background and experience in C&B function with interaction with corporate team in a global organization. High degree of personal integrity, sensitivity and respect for confidentiality
Able to work with different people in the region and corporation HR
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, vendors
Deep excel knowledge
