1. Working closely with global BA team to be in charge of the CREA product management in China, including product portfolio, product assortment, product USP definition, price positioning, etc.
2. Working closely with global marketing team to take lead of the marketing plan, including business strategy, communication, promotion, events to support growth for the brands & business.
3. Develop the marketing strategic plan
4. Manage the communication assets for CREA brands
5. Manage the official social accounts for CREA brands
6. Manage the events & promotions for CREA brands
7. Manage the product packages for CREA brands
8. Provide CREA related marketing supports to research team.
9. Provide CREA related marketing supports to sales team.
10. Others related to CREA brands
11. Working closely with marketing team to ensure the marketing plan can be executed on brand and also consistent with global brand strategies, on budget & on time.
12. Track and monitor the A&P spending
13. Regular reporting of marketing KPIs, track & monitor marketing campaign effectiveness
14. Regular reporting the competitors performance
15. Others assigned by the senior marketing manager
