Job description and responsibilities:

· Examining product samples and total supervision of the production process in cooperation with the local manufacturers (various locations in Asia)

· Analysing defects and quality evaluation of controlled goods with regard to technical documentation and classification of defects

· Communication and negotiation with suppliers in Asia (conducted in English)

· Reporting the results of the product controls and tests

· Daily reporting of activities during the time in Asia

· Communicating with the quality control team and other colleagues in the Czech Republic and China

Requirements:

· High school diploma or University degree in the field of textiles and previous experience

· Knowledge of textiles and textile testing based on experience, education or interest in the field

· Knowledge of the process of garment production

· Knowledge of English on intermediate level (both written and spoken)

· Work-needed Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel)

· Diligent and systematic approach to work

· Time flexibility (long-term business travels to other Asian countries)

· High workload and stress resistance

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments

ADLER Czech is one of the biggest promotional textile supplier in Central Europe, based in Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic, established in the year 2000. In 2021, our company name has been changed to Malfini, a.s. with the same registration address
In this moment we are selling to 19 countries in the Europian Union. Between our Top items are t-shirts and polo-shirts. On the other hand we sell softshell, jackets, sweatshirts, caps, etc.
In the year 2016 the company ADLER Czech opened a new logistic centre and moved its headquarters to completely new facility.
The yearly turnover of ADLER Czech is 40 million USD.

In the year 2016 the Chinese company Beijing Adler Inspection Company Ltd. was established. The company Beijing Adler Inspection Company Ltd. is managed by Mr. Aleksandar Alackov, Mr. Radek Vesely and Mrs. Kvetuse Kusova. The Beijing Adler Inspection Company Ltd. centres its activities mainly on quality inspection of the goods produced in the P. R. China, as well as cooperation with the suppliers during the designing of new products.
The employees will be managed by Ms Pera Macura, who is the Vice Manager of Beijing Adler Inspection Company Ltd. and Quality Control Manager. The General Manager of Beijing Adler Inspection Company Ltd. is Mr. Aleksandar Alackov.
2016年中国分公司北京阿德勒技术检测公司成立，由Aleksandar Alackov先生, Radek 先生和Pera Macura***管理。北京阿德勒技术检测公司主要负责检测中国生产的产品，以及与工厂协调有关新产品的设计。
