职位描述
工作内容：
1. 与客户指定联系人和客户内部有影响的人员保持日常沟通
2. 与区域经理一起制定行动计划，并负责执行，做好监督管理工作
3. 向上级经理汇报客户业务发展、组织架构，指定联系人等信息变动情况
4. 开餐期间，与顾客进行日常和主动的沟通，解答顾客的问询，在授权范围内处理顾客投诉
5. 协调公司内部资源，为客户提供额外服务，扩大服务范围
6. 参与营运部门的财务预算及预测
7. 按照营运必做的要求，监督检查下级管理人员对公司卫生与安全标准的执行情况，确保员工规范操作
任职要求：
1. 餐饮管理经验丰富，有高端团膳项目、酒店餐饮、高端餐饮管理经验优先考虑，有相关项目经验优先考虑
2. 会基础的英语沟通交流能力、英语口语流利者优先
3. office办公软件熟练
4. 较强的沟通、协调及人际交往能力
5. 良好的服务和团队意识
