Position Overview
We are hiring inside sales with and a minimum of 2+ years’ inside sales experience, who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Meanwhile he/she will also be responsible for part of the sales operation daily work.

Responsibilities
? Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
? Understanding customer needs and requirements
? Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
? Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
? Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
? Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
? Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
? Assist sales manager to develop and manage the regional partners.
? Sales operation work, as updating and inputting data to CRM system, documentation and file management
? Other admin support to regional sales manager
Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or 2 years College Diploma. Experience on selling software service is a plus
? 2 Years+ of corporate work experience, with software sales experience a plus
? Proven inside sales experience
? Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
? Strong listening and presentation skills
? Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
? Teamwork and accountability
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Good MS software skills to handle sales operation work
