Job Responsibilities:
Actively explore new opportunities through trend observation, competitive move and data-analytics with foresight mind-set.
Identify insights with understanding for consumer behavior and dynamics through fact-based data support (U&A, tracking, digital and mkt data) and set future brand growth direction.
Identify business issue and manage research projects.
Manage an assigned portfolio and its expansion, formulate portfolio strategy and priorities to meet company growth ambition.
Drive Go-to-market new launch strategy.
Work closely with Brand Design team to drive strategic innovations and be the champion for the launch in local market.
Co-work with cross-functional teams (Sales/TM/ supply chain etc) to push through new launch and execution plan effectively.
Control and optimize brand investment to achieve business and marketing objectives including P&L and market share.
Develop overall category & brand strategy to strengthen brand equity and market position.
Drive total communication and content strategy, and work with advertising and media agencies to deliver plans to achieve marketing goals.
Lead consumer-centric activations for campaigns/new launches leveraging consumer and brand insights.
Set KPI and tracking model to evaluate performance, proactively provide recommendation to improve performance.
Job Requirements:
University graduate preferably in Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 10 years' marketing experience in FMCG with at least 4 yrs of experience for ***/ 7 yrs for SBM/BM.
Fluent English both in written and oral
Fluent at MS office software (PPT, Excel, Word)
Experience with proven track record in driving digital & social campaigns, plus good understanding on digital & social marketing landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build productive business relationships cross teams within the organization and outside of the organization with agency partners.
Strong record of complex project management with multi-disciplinary teams.
Proven ability to develop and utilize many elements of the marketing mix to drive the business.
Experience with full P&L responsibility is a plus.
Highly agile and open-minded with Can-do attitude.
