职位描述
岗位职责:
- Build long-term relationships with regional focus customers in order to drive sales and achieve
sustained success; 建立并维护客户长期关系, 推进电控销售及业务发展;
- Work closely with other regional sales specialists and members of marketing and support teams, Use strong technical knowledge to position the technical benefits of our solution to best meet our customer’s needs; 跨部门紧密配合工作, 为客户提供满足需求的技术解决方案;
- Assure the development and execution of territory and account specific strategies/business model in cooperation with the mobile electronic headquarter;建立及拓展客户定制化的电控业务发展模式;
- Defining regional product portfolio requirements in cooperation with central departments. 与总部协同一致收集明确电控产品的本地需求,
- Other mobile electronic strategy project related task, e.g. IoT project. 其它电控策略项目相关的任务, 例如 物联网项目;
任职要求:
1. More than three years working experience, in off-road vehicle market / IoT market is preferred;三年以上工作经验, 有非道路机械领域及物联网领域经验者优先;
2. Professional experience and knowledge in the sales and application of electronic control systems in the area of mobile machines or sales in the b2b area are an advantage;有非道路机械行业电控销售及应用经验或商务销售经验者优先
3. Familiarity with strategic sales for managing complex sales, willing to exploring new markets and driven by results and reaching targets;具有战略思维并能处理应对各种销售情况, 愿意探索新兴市场,以结果和实现目标为导向。
4. Bachelor’s(or above) degree in electronics or mechatronics strongly preferred;学士或以上学位, 电子信息, 自动化,机电等相关专业毕业更佳。
5. Good skill in spoken and writing English;良好的英语口语和写作能力
6. Able to travel as required and Team working spirit and well communication and negotiation skill. 能经常出差, 具有团队精神和良好的沟通谈判能力
