Act as a primary point of contact for customers

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Daily inbound and outbound orders trace and track.

追踪每日进出库货物订单完成情况

Cooperate with customer to maintain SKU pre-registration database and ensure 100% accuracy and on time.

协同客户完成配件预归类工作，做到实时更新，准确无误。

Be familiar of Manhattan operation. Use various tool to monitor customer KPI.

维护仓库管理系统，做到及时准确。

运用各种方法对数据进行分析并确保KPI达到客户要求。

Prepare inbound and outbound customs clearance documents. Keep close working with customer to ensure import customs declaration on time.

制作进境和进口清关文件，并与客户进行核对，确保向海关申报数据准确性和及时性。

Keep bonded stock of WMS system in line with Customs stock, 100% accuracy.

确保保税货物海关系库存与仓库管理系统以及实物一致，做到每月核对一次。

KPI reporting/damage reporting/Monthly billing to customer on time.

每月按时发给客户相关报告，包括KPI、破损、账单等。

Cooperate with broker to ensure customs document handover on time and meet KPI target.

确保报关行向海关提交的报关数据正确、及时，在客户要求的时效内完成报关流程。

Follow up CIQ process and ensure lead-time meet our commitment

确保需要检验检疫的流程合规、流程正确。

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years related working experience in logistics industry

5年以上相关工作经验

College Degree or above

大专以上文凭

Strong knowledge in warehousing operations

熟悉仓库进出库作业流程

Good skills in MS Office

能数量操作办公室软件

Pro-active, fast acting, supportive and forward thinking

具备良好的工作预判性和反应能力

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude, attentive to details
