Responsibilities
1. Collect information of DCB & DCP payroll and make the salary adjustment accordingly; prepare the summary record for management to check, and get approved by DBA; To make sure the payment will be completed by the end of month; Arrange and communicate with the bank regarding Expat staff bank account opening.
2. Handle Expatriate Staff Housing issues, prepare the housing payment list at the beginning of the school, communicate or pass the rental information to the staff who is in charge of the expatriate staff member’s benefits reimbursement to ensure the staff member receive the correct the flexible allowance. Handle all matters related to housing DDI (new signing, renewing etc.)
3. Update and control expatriate staffs’ Benefits Reimbursement (check the amount of unused allowance with Finance to make sure the staff will be paid correctly, update the allowance system by the end of July every year to ensure the staff is able to submit the allowance form before the deadline).
4. Update staff Attendance and OT, collect the attendance record from the each departments. Chase up the leave application form
5. Handle disability fund contribution, liaise with finance and related government department to ensure the disability fund contribution is arrangement properly. Process/renew Work and Resident Permit and the application of Beijing resident book (Hu Kou) for PRC staff.
6. Handle PRC staff recruitment (send the external & internal open post after receiving approved advertisement request from the head of department, select CV, telephone interview the good candidate, send the CV to hiring department, arrange interviews and follow up with the head of hiring department till the new hire staff on board)
7 And any other job or function given to you by the person to whom you report
Skills and Experience Required:
l 2-3 years related working experiences
l At least 1 year experience as an HR assistant
l Ability to build relationships with other team member
l Ability to express her/his view on related work openly
l College degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
l Good attitude to work, sense of initiative and strong responsibility
l Good computer skills-including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and email
l Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
l Language ability-fluent Mandarin Chinese & English
