Logistics Inventory Controller(6-month Temp)

job requirements:
? Ensure the timeliness of customs clearance of import and export goods and the accuracy and compliance of customs declaration documents
? Contact overseas and agents to complete the timely application of CITES certificate, be familiar with the local CITES Certificate Policy, maintain a real time update and optimization of the application process
? Manage the accurate handling of jewelry certificates in NGTC of all imported jewelry goods
? Contact the quality inspection institute to complete the filing of annual inspection of watches and pre inspection of accessories materials
? Manage the J/W/A categories return and overseas repair policies, optimize and complete the return and overseas repair physical process and/or system flow.
? Maintain the product master database of imported goods, update and coordinate the Chinese labelling producing.
? Respond to other tasks assigned by the line manager and serve as a backup for other team members within necessity, such as overseas boutique staff internal sales.

Education & Professional Experience:
? Bachelor degree preferable and a minimum of three years’ work experience on logistic and inventory control
? Languages: Proficient in English (oral and written)
? Good knowledge about high value products (JWA) working principles
