及时全面的解决客户提出的产品应用或维修问题
组织分享工作经验、产品知识和应用技术
协助应用支持和销售团队，提高客户满意度
Your Profile:
本科及以上学历
生物医学工程、自动化、计算机、医学、生物学等相关专业
3年以上生命科学仪器服务工作经验，现场服务工作经验尤佳
良好的客户服务意识及沟通能力
较强的动手能力和学习能力，能适应一定量的出差
良好的英文听说读写及基本的IT 背景知识以及有海外培训经历优先考虑
