1. Based on contract terms, review monthly revenue and billing data.
2. Provide financial judgements on revenue and cost recognition, ie AP coding (including the treatment of deferred revenue) in accordance with policy requirements to achieve effective risk management and control.
3. Manage the collection of overdue payments, promptly remind business personnel of aging status, and assist in related operations (reminder letters, lawyer letters, and litigation).
4. Monitor the invoicing process to avoid errors.
5. To build the PM Corp financial team, and ensure that the process complies with SOX and internal control requirements.
6. Supervise PM Corp's financial operations in compliance with the company's regulations.
7. Review Reim Rev & Cost monthly, and suggest on possible losses and other abnormal situations.
8. Assist the Corp finance team to complete the monthly balance sheet recon;
9. Calculate the fund occupation of the company and settle with Corp Finance on a monthly basis;
10. Support PM deal file related work;
11. Assist on Corp statutory auditing;
12. Review the quarterly FCPA self-inspection work of the project, and solve problems found.
13. Project branch offices’ monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing;
14. Assist SOX and Group Controllership on process improvement and system upgrading;
15. Team management and training;
16. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
