English Version - Country Controller – China and Hong Kong

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

？             Responsible for fiduciary compliance and reporting of Statutory Accounts, Central Bank and Statistics for legal entities in China and Hong Kong

？             Finalization of Legal entity financial statements under USGAAP / IFRS and Chinese accounting standards and alignment with global financial policies.

？             Financial analysis and reconciliations meeting quality and integrity of financial information.

？             Responsible for completion of external audit working with statutory auditors.

？             Responsible for and participates in country implementation of Global projects / initiatives / MA&D and coordinating country compliance / reporting requirements.

？             Maintains understanding of company’s strategic plans and provide financial guidance & oversight to country management council.

？             Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for business compliance issues.

？             Acts as the focal finance leadership person ‘on point’ for country’s business operations

？             Communicates to the Country management and employees, a clear understanding of the fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory compliance, and internal business control environment

？             Attends Ops Council meetings to facilitate the timely resolution of open issues.  

？             Represents himself as a financial representative for Keysight in country.

？             Develops a collaborative and supportive relationship with Country General Manager and other finance functions within Keysight.

REQUIREMENTS

？             Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant or equivalent

？             A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing external or statutory audits

？             More than 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting / compliance

？             Local GAAP or IFRS (or equivalent) knowledge essential

？             US GAAP / Tax accounting knowledge preferred

？             Ability to lead and motivate others, and experience in staff management

？             Excellent communicator who can develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
