岗位职责：
1. 协助上级，完成跨境投资项目合规流程，包括VIE架构搭建，ODI审批，外汇登记及离岸公司设立等；
2. 协助部门，完成客户并购、重组项目中合规资料准备，文件起草、整理、递交与领取；
3. 及时完成项目追踪，准时完成各项跨境投资备案登记和取得获发文件；

任职资格：
法学相关专业本科以上学历；
大学英语四级以上；
对跨境金融、投资领域感兴趣；
