MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns;

• Prepare the required sample application documents;

• Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations;  

• Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review; 

• Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects;  

• Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;  

• Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clients;  

• Help advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning.   

  Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines;  

• Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plus;

• Working experience in tax/finance function is a plus;

• Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations;  

• Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service;  

• Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork;  

• Good sense of business, consultation skills, communication skills;

• self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure;  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
