Major Responsibilities：
1. Works effectively with cross-functional groups to produce high-quality, scientifically accurate documents under strict timelines, and ensures consistency between related documents.
2. Develop and manage timelines and communicate with team members to maintain awareness of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
3. Ensure clinical documents adhere to BeiGene standards and regulatory guidelines.
4. Ensure the key messages as defined by the team are clearly and adequately represented in the documents； drive the team to reach agreement in case of conflicting opinions.
5. Establish effective cross-functional communication and relationships with counterparts both internally and externally.
Qualifications：
1. Minimum requirement of a master degree of medical/life science/pharmacy/health related science. It’ll be better if the candidates major in clinical medicine.
2. Good at both English and Chinese writing with good oral English.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Clear thinking and positive working attitudes.
5. Fast learner and be willing to work as a MW.
6. Self-driven and a good team player with integrity.
